Pros +
- Nothing at all than the property is near UUM, which is under 10 minutes drive.
- Worst and don't come to this hotel. Scam!!!
- Location easy to access and food at the Kedai Runcit is available (Ramly Burger)
Cons -
- They cancel my booking last minute which virtually I have done few months back with invalid reason. They should have contact me early so that I got time to resolve the issue.
- I have booked this hotel to stay, however arrived there, the receptionist said no room available. I have paid online through booking.com. Please don't go to this hotel. I need to find other hotel and my money still cannot get back. The worst hotel and also booking.com & OYO not responsible for my refund.
- Was not staying at the hotel as they said not longwr dealing with booking .com. Need refund. Hotel Oyo property didn't allow us to enter the hote.?????????

hotel staff is helpful. We arrive at 12midnight with kids but got problem with Booking.com since the hotel contract with Booking.com has ended since March. So, i need to pay cash at the counter.
Try communicate with Booking.com but very hard to solve their issues with property.
it is cheap and strategic.
the smell of the rug and room.
Very clean,
But then before going to the room smell some uneasy odor. The toilet drainage system no good
What attract me to be here for the fifth time is the pool :)Eventhough the location not at the main area, but easy to find dinner and breakfast at nearby kedai makan
Aircond awal2 tu dok stop sendiri..lepas tukar ke mode fan..baru ok..
no breakfast available but food nearby motel soo good and tasty with cheap price. i like it.
The location is serene at nights even nearby main road can sleep well. Got convenien shop and burger stall so u can get food at night. the room space just nice for 2 adult. The toilet too.. i can say it is just ok for travellers who need a pitstop! Got swimming pool also.
very basic, u need to bring your own toiletteries if u want to stay here. Not even provide small soap or shampoo, and no glass /cup in room. u might need to bring at least your travel’s drink pack (tea bag/coffee bag) , drinking water too.
Easy to check-in because we arrived there very late at night. Receptionist ??
Not spacious for us to perform our prayer. But we manage to do so after adjusting the bed.
